I enjoy living here! It’s a nice apartment in a good area and as far as California pricing goes, it’s not too bad. I like that my studio layout has a designated bedroom space, that was one of the big draws for me. Definitely all I need for one person and very satisfied with maintenance and staff as well.

I've lived here for the better part of 9 years. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The new pool (there are two) is beautiful, the laundry rooms are clean, and maintenance workers are quick to respond. Rent is affordable for the area, and the apartments are spacious. The only downside to living here is the parking situation. There are few guest parking spots, and residents often take these up. Overall, the neighbors are friendly and foster a sense of community. I really enjoy living here.
