We have immensely enjoyed living at The Pines Apartments. The management is absolutely wonderful and the amenities are clean and well kept. The size of the apartments is also very nice. The insulation of the apartments isn't the best. Both the one and two bedrooms we've lived in have had very warm floors and walls due to the hot water pipes being so close to the surface. This makes for some uncomfortable Summers and with electricity as expensive as it is it's hard to afford turning the air on all the time. It's great for Winter though! The other downside is that the cabinets aren't in the greatest of condition, but otherwise the apartments have been very nice. Maintenance is very good at responding to issues as they arise.
