Lake Pointe Folsom Apartments have more than exceeded all my expectations. Staff is amazing!! Probably is always clean and quiet. Located in highly desirable Folsom, Ca. I couldn’t be more happy with my choice to be a resident here.

The staff here are great! They’re professional, responsive and friendly. Today, I called the office to ask for some help with an amenity. Marisol said she would look into it and get back to me. I have to say that the management at Lake pointe apartments are some of the best I've ever had the privilege of working with. The gym the fireplace and the pool area are awesome! I really enjoy how management engages with tenants during the holidays, it feels like a very good place to make friendsAnd to call home. I moved in when they were repainting the property and it looks amazing!
