Great Area and Beautiful Apartment

Overall, we have had a fantastic experience living in Mesa at Laguna Ridge. We've had few issues with noisy neighbors and some A/C breakdowns but the property owners/managers are extremely attentive and have acted as great mediators. They also understood that as a disabled person I'd have specific accessibility needs, which they've met in every capacity no questions asked. A lot of people say their property managers don't care about tenants, but these owners definitely do.

Great Place to Live

Overall, my roommate and I have had a great experience here with Mesa at Laguna Ridge. The property owners/managers are extremely fair people with good hearts. If there's an issue with another tenant or within your own property, it's usually resolved pretty quickly. When it comes to noise, we had some issues with a stomping upstairs neighbor for our first few months but after some conversations it quieted down then they moved to another unit. As a disabled person, accessibility is key to me and overall the apartment works great for me. We had some issues with an uneven bathtub as well as "sticky" doors but that was resolved within two weeks of reporting. Overall, a great experience in my first apartment.
