Apartment Review
Overall the experience ghas been good, other than parking. Often times our assigned spot was taken by some other car, and visitor parking fills up very quickly.
Needs a little improvement
It's a nice area to live in but definitely would prefer more parking. It's a hassle always having to find parking and mostly being forced to park outside of the complex. Then there's always the lingering fear that any of our vehicles could be towed and at our own expense. There should be at least two assigned spots per unit. I believe more often then not, more than one person a unit has thier own vehicle. Also was under the impression that a vehicle can only remain in a visitors spot for up to 72 hours, I've definitely seen several cars in one visitors spot beyond 72 hours. Also, very difficult to get ahold of leasing office or maintenance crew. Endless amounts of calls and emails that go unanswered and there always seems to be out of office times during regular office hours. Takes awhile most times for maintenance to get to you for maintenance issues. Just causes stress and annoyances waiting to hear back from either.
