Honest review here

I hate having to pay an extra fee for a trash pickup service when I can easily walk the trash to the dumpster myself and there is no way to opt out. Other than that, all good. Parking is an issue.

Decent living

The experinece here has been okay. My family and I have been here almost two years. If you're starting out on living on your own, I would recommend these apartments. The rent prices can be expensive but the features are worth it.

No parking!

It's wild that their solution to solving the parking issue is to have tenants pay for reserved parking every month, (this is on top of the monthly covered spot that one cannot opt out of or isn't included in the rent) instead of creating parking spaces by knocking down the garages. They disguised this method as equity. Lol.
