We understand furry companions come in all shapes and sizes. With NO weight restrictions, we won't make your pet step on the scale in order to feel at home in our community. Our pet fees help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for your companions. Although a pet deposit is non-applicable we do charge pet rent between $45-$65 monthly for each pet. Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

When I moved out, I left the apartment clean, with no trash, no damage—just normal wear and tear after several years. I expected a fair security deposit return. Instead, I received a list charging me for painting, carpet, and cleaning—routine turnover items that, under California law, are typically the landlord’s responsibility after long-term occupancy. I reached out calmly. No resolution. I’ve now had to move forward with a formal demand letter, and was told I won’t be receiving any more of my deposit back. I’m disappointed not just with the charges, but with the unwillingness to even discuss or review the situation in good faith. If you’re considering renting here, I recommend documenting everything, knowing your rights under California Civil Code §1950.5, and being prepared to escalate if needed. I’m still hoping they choose to make this right.

The move in process involved alot of miscommunication and false promises. On multiple occasions the leasing office failed to meet expectations. I also have a paid parking garage and contiously have a car park in front of it so I cannot use it. I asked if it could be towed and im told they do not have jurisdiction to tow it.

1 year so far. Pretty happy with everything from the inside of the apartment, amenities and maintenance. Some areas that can improve are control of ants (we live on the first floor).
