Its wonderful other than garbage is always over flowing from people with truck loads dumping their garbage here as well as numerous screws and nails dropped all over the parking area causing my tires having to be repaired.

I moved here from another complex in EDH where I'd lived for 10 years. I have not yet missed that place once! I finally feel like I have a home- my other apartment never felt that way. I have a beautiful view, lots of large windows and sun throughout my home. Nice flooring and the gas stove and wood fireplace are definetaly bonuses! We have a large washing machine and dryer - A life changer! Its a beautiful property and with lots of lawn and foliage and deer - my dog is much happier here too with the landscaping. Everyone who works here as been so friendly and responsive. I cannot recommend enough! My only hope is that I can afford to stay here for the next 10 years or more!
