Element 79 is a pet friendly community, we would love to welcome your breed appropriate furry friend to become an Element 79 resident as well! Our pet fees help provide and maintain a pet-friendly community with amenities for your companions. A refundable $500 pet deposit for the first pet, and an additional $250 pet deposit for the second pet ensure that any damages that incurr due to a pet are deductable from the deposits. Pet rent for pets less than 50 pounds are $35/mth per pet, and pets 50 pounds or larger are $50/mth is required per pet. Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. All pets must be registered with the office, up to date on current vaccations with records, and a pet addendum must be on file. Overall, the staff at E79 have been fantastic (Max; Abbie; Kendyll & Pablo). I love the area as Town Centre has all the amenities needed w/o any need to even drive your car. Highly recommend!
