Five stars. The apartment community is well-maintained, quiet, and managed by a team that actually follows through. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, the grounds stay clean, and the move-in process was smooth. Great place to live.

Not worth the price and the increase every year. Gym is clean but the equipment should be fixed or upgraded. Parking should be monitored more if we cannot reverse park and give options to purchase additional spaces close to unit

I enjoy living here. Its a great neighborhood to stay in as well. There are a few things that could be better. I frequently use the gym and there are many machines/equipments that are outdated and do not work. Also, my husband uses the jacuzzi and often says the temperature of the jacuzzi is not warm and needs to be fixed. Lastly, when i call the leasing office they purposely do not answer and minutes later i come into the office and i see they have the phone volume very low on purpose. There excuse is “they are too busy to answer the phone”. Other than that everytning else is great . Maintance is fabulous and they come right away once a work order is created.
