Security does not check parking as often as they should. Lots of expired tags on cars, backed in cars, expired passes etc…

Great
Ive been at park pointe for a year and im overall happy with it. The location being by the park is great if you have children or pets. 3 pools is also a benefit, they can get packed but there is always room and people dont hog the pool/jacuzzi. But it can get noisy, especially if youre near the pool. Some people cam stay there later than the permitted time and you can just hear them yelling. Gym is nice but outdated machines, its helpful if yoy need a quick workout! The staff is the best part of living here!
