Just moved in. Good so far.
Move-in was great. Still have 3 lightswitches I don't know what they go to. Every thing else great.
It's a good place to live...
It's a good complex, but they are a little outdated and in my case at least, they painted over EVERYTHING in the apartment, including the outlet for our wifi modem. Wish they could be more careful because now we can't use that outlet. Other than that, the neighbors are all very friendly and the staff is very professional.
Lovely neighborhood, terrible company
Since I started living at this property in 2015 the value in property and staff has severely decreased. We used to have 24/7 property managers who actually cared about the community because they felt this was their home too. You can tell since the new company took over that they do not care about the tenants and they could care less if you leave because they can charge the next tenant $500+ more than they're charging you. The property management staff that lives on site, does nothing before 8:30am or after 5pm M-F....What is the point of them being here? Why should they have discounted rent? Why should they be able to close the pool to us for private parties? Why should they be allowed to use the property management position to upgrade their own units? If the market wasn't absolutely bananas and lock down happened we would have left three years ago, now we are trapped with a shitty company that increases our rent 10% every year but adds no value to the property or our individual units. "The AC in this unit had been dead and empty of refrigerant for years and the ducts haven't been cleaned in even longer" - HVAC tech ^^^ is worth $3,200/ month?!?
