I recently moved to California from Seattle and wanted a beautiful place to live with a central location near everything I need. When I found Saywitz properties I immediately fell in love with the spot. The staff are all super helpful and sweet since day one. If I ever have a maintenance issue they have always came that day. Would highly recommend these properties to anyone looking for a beautiful home in a wonderful location!

The 18th Street Townhome location is on a busy street, but the neighborhood is safe and Saywitz' team has been great!

This has been a great place to live, management is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Some neighbors are louder than others, but that goes with a rental. Recently it has been heaven! Maintenance is a bit of an issue, unless we contact with an urgent issue, they do not respond ;(
