maintenance is outstanding, Adreanna is a good manager, she cares. the gate to drive thru for visitors is a pain in the butt

I've lived here for about 2 years going on 3 and I love the quiet and the people around me. never had a problem and when i need something, maintenance helps right away.

This is our third year here. The office and maintenance staff are great - courteous, prompt, and reliable. Can’t beat the location for convenenience to the 55, 405, South Coast Plaza, Anaheim, Airport - you name it! I doubt one can find a better value within 10 miles.
