Great place to live!

Roomates and I are students at UC Berkeley and needed somewhere close to campus and other places we frequently visited. Was recommended 2520 College through multiple friends who lived there before and had great things to say. Amazing rent pricing for the area and proximity to UC Berkeley as well as a friendly community and respectful tenants. Another plus for being nearby grocery stores and areas to eat. Manager was also very helpful, attentive, and would always respond to us for any concerns. Overall pretty clean. Would definitely reccomend this place to anyone searching for off campus housing :) thank you!

Beautiful and peaceful home away from home

I have lived here for a couple of months now and I love the area. It's surrounded with a welcoming feeling that embraces nature and the uc campus. I can get to my classes within 20 mins and enjoy the surrounding of Berkeley. I feel very at home at peace. I really enjoy the view of the bay area. It is very beautiful a home away from home. I feel welcomed and free to shop and enjoy the local shops. I would really recommend this area and apartment the staff are friendly and caring.
