Too expensive with a lack of facilities and the building is too old. Further, if you compare to the Standard, Durant with the same price I will get more facilities and quality there.

Slow Maintenance, Expensive Trash

The location is the best quality of this apartment, otherwise, maintenance is really slow and trash isn't often picked up and you bring it out yourself but they charge you a large trash utility bill.

Remodeled Historic Building Next to UC Berkeley

I lived at 2510 Bancroft during my last year at UC Berkeley. This historic building has just undergone major renovations and the apartments were equipped with new floors, kitchen, appliances, and in-unit washer and drier. We could see the MLK student building from our window. Location was great, access was controlled, the price was fair for the area and the management company Brick + Timber was responsive and very professional. It was a great experience!
