Having resided here for nearly two years, I've come to appreciate the building's prime location and the modern amenities within my unit. However, there's room for improvement, particularly in terms of security. Despite the convenience and comfort, the building has faced challenges with unauthorized access from homeless people, leading to several instances where deliveries were unfortunately taken from residents. Additionally, the amenities cost is notably high compared to the value offered—especially concerning services like trash collection, which seems disproportionately priced given the lack of specialized disposal services. Enhancing these aspects could significantly elevate the living experience for all residents.
