Things that have come up across the board through conversations with several residents. Railings on the balconies need either replacement or completely refinishing. Build up of algae on the balconies we are just told to live with it unless we want to clean it but even then we have to be mindful of the use of water & products being used on the balcony. Increased hours to the washing area & fitness areas. Not everyone in the building works 9-5 and shifts change last minute with people's jobs. increased use of the amenities - i.e. heating the pool during the "off-season" or installation of a hot tub. More sunbeds during the summer months, actually make the area feel inviting. Better communication with issues and elevator OOS/used for Move in/out. Fix or replace the washing machines as they cause damage to items of clothing - again told to deal with it. Install in-unit washing machines and convert the space downstairs into a "amenities space"
