Can't say enough great things about The Beverley

We are very very happy with our experience at The Beverley. We moved in early 2024 and love it so much we are moving into a bigger unit. The location is fantastic, close to grocery stores, two skytrain stations and many parks. The building is pet friendly which is a bonus for us as we are furry creature lovers. The staff are very friendly and always brighten our day. The amenities are a huge bonus, we love the movie room and the roof top balcony. The parking is great, just not a lot of spaces but the waiting list seems to move quickly. You can really tell the management actually cares about their tenants and community unlike any other rental building we have lived in prior. The building is built well as we have never heard our neighbours and it feels like we are in our own house. We could go on forever about all the things we love, there honestly isn't anything we don't like about The Beverley. We highly recommend The Beverley for pet loving families as we know ourselves that its' hard to find a home that sees pets as family. If you decide to move in, welcome :)

Great home

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Beverly. One of the highlights for me was how pet-friendly the building is—it was such a relief knowing my furry companion was welcomed. The amenities were fantastic and added so much convenience and enjoyment to my experience. A special mention goes to Olga, who was easily the best building manager I've ever had. She was attentive, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her dedication truly made living at The Beverly an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable, accommodating, and amenity-rich place to call home.

Convenient and affordable

I've been living at The Beverley since it's opening, and I dont regret it. The staff is friendly, location couldn't be better, and still the best in New West in terms of affordability. Two things they should improve are building a washroom in the social room, cause that's limiting tenants for using it for celebrations, etc., and the accumulation of water in front of the main door when it rains.
