We had a good time living there. But It was better untill certain time. It seems there were changes in the criterias to accept and choose tenants. Overhall, I’d recomend but cleanness could be improved.

Convenient location, pet friendly, good amenities, responsive management, good environment. Thank you for improving the smoke in the garage coming from people that was not far enough.

The Beverley has been my home for 6 years now and hopefully for more years to come. Great view of the Fraser River (south side) and easy access to neighbourhood amenities and transportation. I just wish we had a bathroom build inside or near the community room on the 3rd floor for celebrations and reunions, it is annoying sending guests to the gym.
