Second floor apartments are extremely noisy (there always seems to be someone doing construction in the commercial units below) and suffer from very bad light pollution from outside (so make sure you have a sleep mask), as well as a bus stop immediately outside which adds to the noise. The pricing is extreme for all the downsides, and including that the square footage is only around 400ft. I would say it’s probably worth looking for a place in a slightly quieter area, with possibly lower rent prices.

I like how its a business with staff who provide good customer service and not a stata bureaucracy with cheap landlords. The home maintenance is top notch, however, the common spaces could use a bit more attention to detail and there could be automatic doors to the parkade for added accessibility. But I love the new condo with modern finishes and appliances. The in-house laundry and gym in the building are the best.
