Terry and our Awesome Maintenace Experience

We had an excellent experience with Terry! He replaced our bathroom sink faucet with precision, unclogged a stubborn drain, and skillfully fixed a leaky toilet all in a single visit. The most amazing part was the repair order was just for the leaky toilet, and he was able to add the recently submitted work orders for the faucet and clogged drain. His professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were impressive from start to finish. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was clean and functioning perfectly before leaving. It’s such a relief to have someone so reliable and skilled to handle apartment repairs. I highly recommend Escape apartments, especially Terry who exceeded our expectations!

Great place and amazing staff

Escape homes are great apartments in Biltmore area. The management staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, Angelina was very nice to give us welcoming tour through: clubhouse & gym, swimming pool and also to choose the right apartment to call home. The apartment complex is non smoking which was important for our choice, the facilities are kept clean and safe, there are convenient parking spaces: underground garage, covered and guest parking. Everything is so beautiful that we felt like at a resort. The location is very convenient, there are lots of shopping, restaurants, Whole Foods, TraderJoes, La Fitness and more. Defiantly would recommend this apartment complex.

Great place to live!

Escape is a great home! I have been here for 5 years. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance requests are addressed same day, no later than the next day. Residents are friendly. The clubhouse and workout area are awesome. The clubhouse has great views of Camelback Mtn. and Piestewa Peak. The location is fantastic. Many stores are nearby. It is only a short drive to downtown, uptown, Sky Harbor, Tempe, and Scottsdale. If you are looking for a new place to live, seriously consider Escape. You won't regret it!

Love this place

I really love this building, the staff, and the amenities. I’m So grateful to Jacky and Erica for ALWAYS making my quirky requests seem like no big deal. They take care of this building and its tenants so well. I appreciate them both, as well as the support from Anthony and the manintenxe team. There’s been a few issues (not worth mentioning)- and it gets handled immediately, without question. I feel very supported and cared for here. Hands down this has been my best rental experience
