Rent High Amenities Average

Maintenance Supervisor says refrigerator water filter replacement is not included. This is not in lease agreement and office wasn't aware of this policy.. Only the residents who complain get a free replacement. There are 8 cabanas at pool area with T.V.s that have no channels in 10 months. Multiple service request get closed with no response from management..Anyone thinking of moving here should take close look at the AC Condensate pans. The property is less than 10 years old and most units have a severe ac leak during operation.. I would ask if the unit your planning to occupy has a history of AC leaks and exactly what corrective action was taken . Noone paying above market rate should have to deal with nasty red color water dripping from the ceiling. Ask for something in writing regarding how many service requests were submitted for AC leaks in past 12 months..
