Good complex, definitely has some wear and tear internally. Main office is nice and the amenities are very good. But the units are run down.

I've been very pleased with living here. The location is prime, and the deal for what I have is perfect for my budget and needs. Will likely resign if a opportunity for a house doesn't come up

I Love this community! the dog friendly aspect, events, and grounds are kept very nice as well as theyre quick to respond if something is in need to be repaired :) beautiful location and quite !!

Moved here last month and love it ! Everyone is great and supportive. Maintenance (I believe Adam) is fantastic and Corina is extremely helpful.

Overall the Citrine has been a pretty good place to live. A few gripes that significantly reduce my rating: 1) The package delivery "system" has been abysmal. They outsource package delivery, meaning that all packages must be shipped to a middleman, then delivered to Citrine. This third party has horrible customer service and has lost several of our packages. Total mess. Citrine - INVEST IN A LOCKER SYSTEM. 2) A number of miscellaneous things around the apartment complex don't work. Little things - but add up to be very frustrating (especially given the price of the apartment). Examples - outdoor TVs don't work/remotes missing; TechnoGym system in the bike room in gym doesn't work (other comparable complexes have Pelotons), Gas fire pit in main pool area doesn't work, coffee machine is frequently out of order, volume knobs for music in most outdoor common areas are broken, etc... 3) After hours maintenance/office contacts are very lacking. Again, outsourced to third party dispatchers who are pretty useless. There was recently a cat that got locked out on a balcony, I tried calling both and both told me there was nothing they could do. Total BS. Positives: 1) Beautifully (and meticulously) landscaped. Seriously, the landscaping crew all deserve raises, the gardens/outdoor spaces in the complex alway look amazing. 2) Concierge trash service - you pay for it (~$30/month?), and its mandatory, but well worth it. They come every day except Sat & Sun, and collect trash from right outside your door. 3) The pool spaces are awesome. When they say "resort style" in their marketing materials, they aren't joking. Always crystal clear and well maintained. 4) Gym has most of the essentials, and amazing views of Camelback Mountain. 5) Complimentary EV chargers in the garage, and plenty of guest parking.
