Okay, but could be better

I have lived here 4 years. It would be nice to have wood floor in the living room, and only have carpet in the bedroom. Carpet is worn out.

It's good

For the price it is worth it. Often parking is hard to find and people try to park in my assigned spot. Also assigned spot is far from my apartment so that might happen to you.
