Great location

I've been going on 3 years and I haven't had any issues. The building is pretty quiet except for the occasional noise from upstairs. It's close to the community college my daughter will attend so that makes it easy for her to get to school.

Best in the area

Been looking at several complexes in the area but this one blew the rest out of the water. I love that they have a marketplace onsite for most of my needs and anything they don’t carry i can get at frys or target which are both in walking distance. The office staff, specifically Angela were super helpful. Going to be putting in an application asap

Had an amazing experience with the manager Angela in the office. Made the whole application process easy and she kept us informed and up to date as we went through the steps. My kids are looking forward to the splash pad and pools.
