Not worth the money

Maintenance requests are a nightmare. The actual maintenace guys are super nice but the systems they have in place for them suck. Office staff is nonresponsive and nearly impossible to get in touch with. Communication is minimal. People would enter my apartment to fulfill requests with zero follow up information on what they actually did when they entered. I went 2 1/2 weeks without AC in July and the complex gave me a window unti and said that was their emergency protocal. It was 88 degrees inside my apsrtment for days even with the window unit and fand running. HVAC wasnt called until the beginning of the 3rd week. I was never credited anything to my account for this as they said they were doing their do diligence. Had progressively gotten more noisy the linger ive lived there. While the units are renovated and have digital locks, youre better off in an older complex with nicer office staff and clearer communication.

Very Nice People

I have lived here for 10 months and have been so impressed by all the staff. Taneisha is the best. Always took time to help when I needed something after moving in. The maintenance staff always smile and will give my dog a treat if we see them while on a walk. Well kept and clean (never seen a bug) and everyone in the complex has been very nice to talk to. Can't think of any reason to move. Very happy here.

Nice place to live

In terms of safety, the gate is left open, which calls into question the level and morals of the management company. In the car park, there are several cars parked in no-parking zones, blocking the road and preventing pedestrians from passing, which could cause problems in the event of an emergency. I think the above two points call into question the level of the management company.
