Good value.

Been there about a year, signed up for another. Good value, great location. Would like to see more outdoor maintenance and care. Staff have been responsive and particularly responded well to an air conditioner problem, replacing it with one with proper BTU coverage which we really appreciated.

Been here 6 years

We've been here six years and by far of anywhere I've lived this has been my favorite. I always watched HGTV International House Hunters and wanted that feeling of living in the excitement of the city, The staff here are by far the best, and the location is unbeatable.

Great location, building poorly maintained

I adore the location and the building is great- if it were better kept. (phares) The stairs are hardly ever cleaned- maybe once every few months. One bedroom units don't even have bedroom doors and are pretty overpriced considering it's more like a studio. Overall good experience to be able to live in a building with character and charm in Highland Park- just wish staff would do more diligent upkeep.

Location, location, location

These are darling apartments with tons of potential, but not darling enough for the price. Plus, the remodeling is of the worst kind and as flimsy and cheap as possible , but a nice location if you can get a parking spot
