I am amazed at how well the grounds are kept. Everything is always so beautiful!!! It is one of the main reasons I chose to rent at Colony Woods.

A lot has changed. Not what it used to be. The water bill each month at $100 is ridiculous for a single person. No one adheres to dog poop. Trash area ridiculous along with the rules. Pool closed. Not worth the rent
