Very good

I have lived here for a little over half a year now and I’ve enjoyed my time here. The only slight complaint is that the walls seem to have very little soundproofing as i can hear most things my neighbours do, not to an annoying degree but to where it sometimes startles me if i have no ambient noise going on in my apartment. But aside from that, the pool and the other amenities are all great so i plan to stay here for the foreseeable future.

Good location, plenty of parking spot

Very convenient location, easy access to the main roads, shopping all around the place within walk distance, the community is quiet, the only thing needs to be improved is the keeping the gates locked and allow only resident to have access to the pool. Currently anyone can have access to the pool even people that do not live there.

Good For The Price

I used to love living here, but it has been revealed that there is a lack of communication with the residents, a lack of professionalism, and a lack of work. They raised rent, yet the property value has diminished since I've been here. They raised rent, but currently, 90% of the machines in the gym are broken and have not been repaired for almost a year. It is hard to receive packages here. Since I've lived here, I have not received at least 5 different Amazon orders. They have "Amazon lockers" that are currently broken. They have a third-party insurance company charging tenants renters insurance, even though we already have it. The front office is so lazy that instead of relaying that you have renters insurance to the third party, they require us to call the third party insurance so that we are not charged anymore. That literally makes no sense.

More improvements needed

I've lived here twice now. The first time from 2014-2015 and the second from 2017-present. The location is hard to beat! In the last couple of years, the property has started to show its age some. The breezeways are not kept clean as they could be, the gates are often broken, and the exercise room equipment is in need of repair. The landscapers are doing a better job of maintaining the lawn and natural areas, fresh pine straw is put out more frequently, and the pressure washing job earlier this year certainly made things look nicer. There could still be more of an effort to make sure things look nice. For instance, ensuring people don't leave belongings laying in the breezeways and on their porches. In my area, there is a tacky RV with a tarp over it, taking up three parking spaces. It's been there since last December and should've been addressed long ago. In closing, I will say I appreciate the friendliness of the maintenance staff and their willingness to want to do a good job. It is noticed! Thank you so much for reading.
