    I’ve really enjoyed living in this apartment. The location is fantastic—close to everything I need, yet still peaceful. The building itself is well-kept and always clean, which makes it feel welcoming and cared for. The neighbors are friendly, creating a warm and comfortable community atmosphere. On top of that, the management company is excellent—responsive, professional, and always helpful. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it.

    The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!

    I have lived here for two and a half years, and I love it! The staff is friendly and helpful, the spaces are beautiful, and maintenance is readily available.
