Trolley Park Loft Review

Great location! Friendly residents, staff, and maintenance. Overall a great value but the appliances/building are a bit older and the noise of neighbors can sometimes be an issue as the walls are pretty thin.

I LOVE MY LOFT!

Ive lived here for 6 months, and I couldnt be happier. I love the diverse residents, i love the staff, i have an amazing view, and the size is perfect.

8 Months

We are in our 8th month here at Trolley Park. We are enjoying our stay. The office and maintenance staff are responsive, professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the on-site office closed last month. This presents additional risks leaving front door access to anyone who wants to come in. Recently, a homeless man was on the interior steps blocking access to get through to the key access interior doors. I had to cautiously inch my way beside him as I climbed the steps. I did report this. We appreciate the no cost laundry facility. In our experience the washers need to be cleaned more frequently and the dryers have quite a bit of lint inside where it is not reachable. Could be a fire hazard. The building is a great part of Kansas City history and is in a good location. Overall, we have had a good experience living here.
