Mixed thoughts

Staff is great, maintenance fast if it's an emergency. Place is very drafty; it's an old building so that's to be expected. Bad smells in the hallway - pot, cooking, and maybe some sort of scent the crew uses. Sometimes takes a few tries to get in and out of the gate in the parking area. Some cabinet doors don't close. The biggest gripe is the noise. You can literally hear conversations, tv and radio from below and above as if they're in another room. To be fair, I was warned.

I would live here again!

Trolley Park is a very friendly and safe environment so far living here. The past few months have been nothing but comfortable. Parking is quite expensive for a lot that isn’t covered. the elevators break down often, but never to the point I’ve HAD to use the stairs so thats nice. Maintenance is helpful and kind. The front office workers are all extremely nice
