Storage Mart has been incredibly easy to work with. They are always accommodating of us and have gone out of their way several instances to help us. Customer service is top notch, especially Sifonia, she is very kind! Highly highly recommended! ... Read more

Sifonia at the front desk was excellent. It was a Friday, like half an hour til close, and she was still so welcoming, kind, gracious, and funny - gave great information & tips on the surrounding community and accessing the facility. The actual facility was in great shape - clean & well-organized. Highly recommend. ... Read more

UPDATE: I made a payment to prevent my storage unit from being auctioned off, despite being overcharged for months. After paying, I was told I had 48 hours to clear out my belongings and that they no longer wanted my business. This was completely against the process outlined in the contract, which they chose to ignore. The situation escalated when the manager called the police to remove me from the property. Thankfully, the officers recognized that I was in the right and confirmed that I still had time left on my rental. They even suggested I consider pursuing a civil suit. I now have access to my unit again, but only after being harassed and treated like a criminal — all for paying a balance that was wrongly inflated in the first place. This has been an incredibly unprofessional and stressful experience. Had a frustrating experience with this location. I submitted my renter’s insurance in August, assuming everything was good to go. Months later, I finally received a call back—only to be told that the document I submitted wasn’t the right one, and they wouldn’t credit my account. The worst part? There was zero communication beforehand. Calls to the location go straight to voicemail, and even when you leave a message, no one bothers to return the call. Trying to get my unit rated properly was a headache due to their lack of responsiveness. When I finally spoke with the regional manager, he was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no understanding of the situation. Honestly, after this experience, I wouldn’t rent at any of the 14 locations he manages. Once my next payment goes through, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere with better communication and customer service. ... Read more

Avoid This StorageMart Location at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this StorageMart location has been nothing short of a nightmare. I submitted my renter’s insurance in AUGUST, assuming everything was in order. Fast forward months later, and I finally get a call—only to be told that the document I submitted wasn’t the right one and they wouldn’t credit my account. The absolute worst part? Zero communication. No one bothered to inform me earlier. Calls to the location go straight to voicemail, and even when you leave messages, no one calls back. It’s like they go out of their way to avoid customer service. Trying to get my unit rated properly was an exhausting headache due to their sheer incompetence and complete lack of responsiveness. And when I finally managed to speak with the regional manager, I expected some sort of resolution. Instead, I got someone who was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to the situation. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can only imagine how poorly they run all 14 locations he manages. As soon as my next payment goes through, I’m out—and I’d strongly recommend that anyone looking for a storage facility go elsewhere. There are plenty of other options with better communication, better service, and staff who actually care about their customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. ... Read more

Frequently Asked Questions

Storage units available at StorageMart - 417 Grand Blvd include the following amenities: Climate-Controlled, Indoor, Retail Available, Onsite Manager, Contactless Renting, Security Camera, Gate, Parking, Keyless Unit Access, Multi-Level Storage and Online Payment. Depending on what you need to put away in storage, you can discover there are some things you absolutely need, so make sure you check with the facility manager that you'll find everything you need on site.

This particular storage facility provides self storage units of different sizes, ranging from 25 to 330 square feet. Space is not an issue! If you have more belongings to store, or simply bulkier items or even vehicles, you should go for larger storage units.

You already know how much stuff you need to put in self storage, so figuring out the unit size you need is the next step. Smaller units such as 5'x5' or 5'x10' spaces can usually be filled with the amount of items you would normally store in a closet: a few chairs and lamps, sports equipment, garden tools and some boxes.

Moving on to larger sizes, imagine the 10'x10' and 10'x15' units as similar to a bedroom or a living room – larger pieces of furniture, sturdier equipment and bicycles can fit here. Finally, a 10'x20' unit has enough space for the contents of a 3-bedroom house, while the larger 10'x30' space easily accommodates the contents of a loaded semi-truck.

Accessibility and quickness are key when it comes to storage, so drive-up storage units are generally regarded as very convenient. Pull your car right up to your storage space, load, unload, and you're good to go! However, if you're mostly storing temperature-sensitive items, you should rather consider indoor storage units.

Climate-controlled units maintain consistent temperatures and humidity levels all year round, making them perfect for all your sensitive items. Moisture and varying temperatures can damage a whole host of things, and that is why a lot of people choose to use climate-controlled units to store items like wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, documents and photographs, collectibles, antiques, etc. If the belongings you're storing are important to you, you should consider renting a climate-controlled unit.
