    I have lived in the Palms for more than 20 years!! It is a great location and the staff is really good at problem solving and providing assistance.

    Lived here for a few months and so far so good! Front office ladies are informative and helpful when needed. Neighborhood is quiet and the people mind their own business. Glad I decided to move here!

    I've been here for 6 months now and love it so far. Montague and the surrounding streets have a lot of fun things going on the the weekends. Surrounded by awesome bars, restaurants, and stores. The staff at the factory are so nice as well, always ready to assist and very friendly faces. Only downside are the trains going off in the middle of the night but it is not that bad and there is nothing that can be done about it so it is not a big deal.

    I've only just moved in, but the staff & community are amazing (friendly, helpful, good amenities, parking, layout, etc.). I think the phase 1 apartments are a little strange in some ways. For example, the refrigerator & oven are both small, open shelves leads to lack of adequate cabinetry, and I wish there were at least Juliet balconies for the price - but the location is wonderful.

    We initially didnt want to move 16 hrs from our family, but we toured here on a whim and fell in love. Wharf7 is the perfect place. Great amenities, fun activities, awesome location, and really affordable.
