Great Location. Will get bulldozed eventually

Location is pristine and in Charleston, I feel like you either pay for location or niceness of the apartment. Definitely need to renovate or even just bulldoze them at some point just bc they're old. The inside is great and so are the floor plans

quiet and affordable

I have resided at The Palms for almost two years. It is a great location. easy on and off the Highway. Safe Area. While the are older apartments they are quiet and affordable. the Office staff is great.

Good environment

The park is amazing, makes it the best neighborhood. The walls are super thin though, I can hear my neighbors laughing and snoring. Leasing office is very responsive, maintenance comes super fast!
