Being an avid renter as I love to travel, I found these apartments to be in great location! Close to park circle and many hiking trails for my fur baby and I to visit. The apartments themselves are renovated, have a fenced in dog area and a great laundry space. The property manager is super nice and responds quickly to any questions I have had. 10/10 recommend

Moving to the area and found this gem. Newly renovated inside and out. New paint, floors, appliances and AC. Management was very nice and knowledgeable. Clean laundry service on site. Close to food and fun.

Clement Crossing does not provide functional AC. I have a screenshot from their website where it is advertised as having, "brand new HVAC units." The AC units provided fail to cool the apartments to under 80 degrees. When ownership and management were confronted with this misrepresentation and failure to follow through on what they advertised, they removed this statement from their website and doubled down on the fact that in SC they are not required to provide functional AC. This issue was escalated to the regional manager for Wellington Advisors, Lauren Gibbs, who informed me that I could move to studio apartment, as those units have a different AC system that functions properly - unlike the wall unit in my current apartment. However, the studio is approximately 50% smaller than my current unit, and downsizing is neither reasonable or feasible for me. More importantly, this offer does nothing to address the core issue: the AC unit they provided simply does not work. The only other option I was given was to terminate my lease with no penalty. This means I now have direct confirmation from the regional manager that, with the exception of the studios, the units at Clement Crossing do not offer functional air conditioning. This was further confirmed by the office manager, Charlotte Strickland, who told me the other units are the same temperature as mine but that "no one else complains." She added that maintenance doesn't consider it a problem because, in their view, 80 degrees inside the apartment "feels nice" after working outside all day. If functional AC is important to you - especially in the South Carolina summers - I'd think twice before moving in.
