Loud neighbors thin walls. No resolve. Management id different in south carolina. If u complain of noise or stomping it gets resolved here your told to move to accomodate the loud noise.

Upstairs stomping not walking morning noon night early am. Cant eait to move. Maybe this is way i keep receiving multiple letters in mail from others who lived here im sure people complained or gad same experience. I have lived on first floor for years never this kind of noise stomping
