I experienced noisy neighbors constantly and did not enjoy my time staying at these apartments. The staff was nice, however these are not the apartments for me!

Need recycling

Living here has been great, however a big issue is that there is no recycling for glass or plastic. Being so close to the ocean, the complex is not doing their part to reduce ocean pollution which is a huge problem! Also, they installed the smart home sytstem which we find unecessary and potentially a cyber security risk. We don't need smart home features in a 1200 sqft apartment, in which we can easily turn the light on/off manually. We do need to do something about not continue to throw plastics and glass into a landfill!

Not what we expected

We have not felt like this was the best of places to live. The staff lacks good communication, and we have not been extremely happy with our interactions with them. The only staff we have had good interaction with is maintenance. We definitely feel that ceetain things in the apartment need an upgrade/attention.
