Blessed on Feb 13, 2025When you move into a new property, there are always glitches. I haven’t seen anything that would raise a red flag but everything is happening in a timely manner for the better. Now that all the tenants are moved in everything is going smoothly management is super cool. I don’t have a problem with them personally myself. The tenants do need to clean up after themselves. We are all grown, so let’s be respectful.

Anonymous on Aug 9, 2023We have lived here since shortly after the apartment was built, so we were the first residents in our unit. The prices have definitely risen since we moved in, but the value was amazing for what we were paying. Maintenance crew are SO nice, helpful, and responsive, as is John the security guard. Front office is hit or miss, but I haven’t had any huge problems with them. They are generally helpful when you can get ahold of them. The location is really nice, and generally quiet in comparison to other Atlanta apartments. The pool has been closed a lot, but last year was due to post-covid equipment shortages, and this year due to residents breaking glass in the pool, so I don’t fault the apartment staff. The issues in the building are really due to other residents being neglectful, but the staff seem to handle issues well and in a timely manner. Felt really lucky to have found this apartment when we did, we had a positive experience overall. Thanks for everything!

The property is clean, and well maintained. Landscaping is lovely and lots of green space to walk my dog. The amenities are great. The location has allowed me to be close to the city and the other activities I do, like restaurants, friends, parks, and visits to historical sites and attractions.

Property reviewsSayra S. on Oct 2, 2025tengo 2 años viviendo aquí y nunca he podido utilizar el gimnasio ya que abren tarde la oficina y cierran temprano es el horario cuando uno trabaja, deberían crear una puerta externa donde uno pueda ingresar a la hora que uno regresa del trabajo, al igual que los parqueos deberían de sacar a todos aquellos vehículos que no utilizan y se encuentran descompuestos, hay que darle mantenimiento a los apartamentos, tanto a la alfombra, piso, estufa, aire acondicionado, pintura, electricidad, eso deben de darlo cada vez que vence contrato, también deben de dar 2 días mas para cancelar ya que habemos personas que nos pagan todos los primeros de cada mas si cae día hábil sino hasta el 2, a mi me pagan mensual mi sueldo, deberían ser mas conscientes, yo soy una persona responsable que paga a tiempo

Mark S. on Sep 30, 2019I found this place and have never regretted it. While the ownership and management staff have changed the effort in taking care of me has not faltered. I am about to renew for another year and would recommend to anyone. There are always a couple small items. Neighbors who don't bring in trash, cars that don't move for weeks with no decals, small concerns. A bump in cost of this that or the other. Happens no matter where ya live. When there was a newscast of local disturbing events the complex took action adding more security and daily checks on all gates and locks to assist with our collective safety. That being said the pedestrian gate is still not functional across the road. Yet you are well informed of reduced leasing office hours, SPECIAL events, community meetings, always something working to bring the people out of their cubes and to mingle. All in all some small things that can be worked on come with a majority and daily positive experience. Thanks for making this space feel like home.

Maintenance is responsive and the staff is super nice and helpful. The staff is very efficient in communicating any issues and a plan to resolve them. 10/10 - will always recommend.
