A Pet Agreement must be signed. Each apartment can accommodate up to 2 pets. Pets must be recognized as domestic animals and should be spayed or neutered. For everyone’s safety, dogs should be leashed at all times, and pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their furry friends. A one-time pet fee and a monthly pet rent (per pet) are required before your pet can move in. While we love all animals, certain breeds are restricted for safety reasons. These include: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepherd, Shepherd, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits, and Pot-Bellied Pigs. My visit instantly turned in to me asking for application. Great place to call home.
Good spot
Everything is perfect except the noise. Mostly due to the other residents here, and the surrounding area.
Disappointment, Unsecure, Uncontrolled Access
Have only lived here for 2 months and have had a very bumpy road. The first day I moved in air conditioning unit didn't work. I didn't receive a key to my outside gate, and my dishwasher smelled like something had died in it. I signed my lease for a first-floor-walk-up apartment only after being assured by staff that they provide security systems for each unit but when I moved in this ended up NOT being the case. There is a system "installed" but when I called the company to set it up in my name like the management told me to, I was advised that the system was so out of date that I would have to pay upwards of $300 for a new one and even more for it to be installed when I brought this up to the office the very rudely told me it would be MY responsibility to pay for it. There is also a rampant Airbnb problem happening and it seems like nothing is being done in a timely manner. Every weekend every gate/door has a stone or cone stuck in it allowing anyone entry into the building, the stairways smell like pee. I will not be staying long, you can pay a very similar price and have much better community upkeep in similar areas, I am very disappointed in Radius West Midtown, and they should check their website so at the very least they are aware of the false advertising happening (multiple services and amenities listed don't exist or don't work).
Decent First Apartment
RWM is a decent first apartment. With Radco as the property management company, I’ve seen improvement in responsiveness to residents. Like qny pet friendly apartment, there’s an odor in the hallways and elevator sometimes (that’s more of a pet owner responsibility in my opinion, but the complex does clean often). The amenities are decent, and the gym is fairly small but gets the job done. The community is a mix of professionals, students, families, and non-professional residents. Also like any other modern-built apartment complex, the walls are not that thick. Overall, it’s a decent first apartment or transition apartment. I’ve been here 3 years.
