    Once I moved in it was very nice. Had to wait 29 days for my apartment but I was very pleased with it. I was told I would get my first month rent free but learned that I would get the second moth free

    I had my tour with Elijah and he was so welcoming and was well versed on the property. I ended up applying for a apartment, if all the staff is like Elijah, I'm going to feel at home here.

    I lived here at Springburne in the early nineties for 4 years then bought a home. I had to move due to health reasons, as I needed a one floor plan. I thought about checking with Sprinburne since I had liked living here and needed some time before I decided on what to purchase. I have lived here for three years now and I'm not sure that I want to leave. It is so convenient, livable, clean, quiet, and the staff is exceptional. I would highly recommend looking at Springburne of Polaris if you are looking for a nice place to live.

    Ive been here for about 4 months so far and am enjoying the location alot! The area is quiet and neighbors seem noce as well. The office is helpful and maintenance has been timely with few things that i wanted them to check when i moved in ??

    The City is worth every nickel of dollars I pay to live here. I love the flexibility of the Smart Home feature and I love the almost perfect gym! And I have to say I am grateful for the coffee machine. My only but is the carpet in the hallways needs to be paid attention to every now and then before the unthinkable happens

    The rudest staff you will find apartments need updating. Carpet is old and nasty. They try to clean it but its just sticky and gross move to the nicer and newer complexes even if the ppl are rude at least the apartment makes up for it

    The best place to live in downtown Columbus, close enough to walk to everything but also far enough to feel like the suburbs. The staff are wonderful! The gym is the best for an apartment complex. Parking easy and not a pain.

    We've been living here for several years, and truthfully it's been one of the best apartment experience we've ever had. It has a beautiful view of a quarry, a great beach and pool, and the office staff are exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help the tenants. I'm so appreciative of everyone here and am very thankful we've had three wonderful years at Runaway Bay.
