The maintenance is excellent as well. I was hesitant moving from a home but this complex made the transition easy and I also met some great people within the community.

I've lived in Highpointe at Crossgates for over a year, although my rent seems to steadily go up when I have to renew it's been a good value. The maintenance does a good job at staying on top of things. Great communication from office when water is being turned off due to leaks and very receptive staff in the leasing office.

Highpointe is an awesome place to live! Adequate parking, nice amenities, and the noise level is always low. The inside of the apartment is fantastic. It has luxury features but at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking to move to the Brandon area. The office staff are incredible and always willing to help out with any questions I may have.

Me and my fiancé just recently moved in and we are already so happy and pleased with The Reserve! It is clean and newly renovated. It’s very quiet, even during the daytime.

My living experience here has been transformational. The staff is always kind, offer great support, and takes your suggestions. It's the small things that make living at Lakeshore pleasurable. Please continue to perform with diligence and care. It's what you take care of that truly grows.

Great quality of life, nice neighbors, incredible views, the coolest pool ever, grilling area is awesome. It is almost like living on a cruise ship. It is nice to not have to do yard work like I have had to for the previous 45 years of my life. Furthermore, it just feels really calm and peaceful looking out at the water from my balcony. Maintenance always responds quickly.

My husband and I really enjoy living at the Vineyard. We have had zero problems. I appreciate all the hard work of the staff and maintenance teams. Aaron and Eric have been awesome helping out whenever we had a maintenance request. We really appreciate all their hard work! The Vineyard is an awesome place to live. They really care about the property, and that makes me comfortable living there. Plus, the property is so pretty and clean!

I've lived here for a little over a year and love it!! The apartment is very spacious and updated for a 2bd/2ba. The amenities are fantastic, we really love the pool. There's very little noise, everyone is courteous, staff is helpful, and maintenance is top notch. Great place to live! I highly recommend!

No complaints with apartment complex, newly renovated apartment, is amazing, good location, quiet, improving to make the experience better.

The office staff is AMAZINGGGG!!! I been here a little over a month and when i tell you im sooooo in love with my apartment. Now THIS feels like HOME. The amenities is EVERYTHING. I havent had any issues with parking or noise. I feel safe

My experience living here is quite and safe, my neighbors are friendly especially the new tenants, always offering to lend me a extra hand when I have several bags of groceries to bring in. In my Unit the front doors to the walkway are always free of debris and trash. Sometimes I find a good treasure when I am taking the trash out, it is like wow! This household item is in mint condition I will take it home with me! I love all the pets here they are friendly and very well groomed. My apartment is very well structured, beautiful wood flooring, cozy gas fireplace, My WIC (walk in closets) are a must that I do have even in my sons room, spacious bathroom with closets for towels and bath products, even a kitchen bar that I have 2 barstools sitting at! I am a good decorator and very neat. Whenever I put a work order in it is done before I come home from work. Great job Maintenance Crew! When there is a freeze we tenants are notified as to when and how long to let our faucets drip so our pipes won't freeze, and the Security Officer is always on call no matter what. Don't forget the pond with all the cute turtles, my son enjoys feeding them on Saturday mornings. Leasing office staff is so passionate about their work, very patient and understanding. I could go on and on but you get the picture so come on aboard!

Been living here over eight years and it don’t feel the same like when the twins were here everything was clean you can always call for things that help you it just don’t feel the same. Maybe one day soon I will be moving. I don’t feel like more welcome anymore

Nice place and great location in fantastic college town

I've lived here for over a year now and have loved it! The staff are super friendly and responsive, and maintenance issues are handled super fast. The amenities are also great; I love having a pool and well-stocked gym within easy walking distance from my front door. Neighbors are quiet and its just far enough from the university that its not too busy or noisy during football season, but its only a short drive to campus! Would definitely recommend living here, especially for grad-students.
