Love living here. Main reason I moved here is the garage. Love my apartment location within the complex. I do find the rent to be high for this area. Management is improving pool area and putting in new landscaping and that will be greatly appreciated.

I've been living at living at Carlton Park for over seven years and it has been an incredible experience. The overall design of the complex, especially my individual garage, is the highlight as well as the exceptional staff who make Carlton Park feel like home. While the recent renovations and upgrades are a great bonus, it's the consistent quality and professionalism that have truly made me a satisfied resident since day one. I couldn't be happier with my living space and I highly recommend Carlton Park to anyone in search of a delightful and modern place to call home.
