Restricted Animals/Breeds: The following animals and breeds are not allowed (Service/Companion animals may not be subject to these lists): Exotic or Poisonous Animals: Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws), Tarantulas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Piranhas, Rabbits  • All residents will need to register with Pet Screenings, even if they do not have a pet. For animal owners, each pet will need to be registered as either a "household" pet or a "service" or "support" animal. For non-animal owners, they will mark themselves as having "No Pet/Animal".    Community Operations Fee There will be a $30 monthly charge for a community operations fee. This fee will cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities within the apartment community.
