For animal owners, each pet will need to be registered as either a "household" pet or a "service" or "support" animal. For non-animal owners, they will mark themselves as having "No Pet/Animal".    Community Operations Fee There will be a $30 monthly charge for a community operations fee. This fee will cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities within the apartment community.
