Review
We began living at Lakeshore in 2017 and paid $1,017.00 per month. One of the buildings burnt down due to not cleaning the chimneys. The residents of that building were given two nights in a hotel. If they didn't have insurance they were out of luck. We now pay around $1,500.00 a month. Moral of the story, this is a company and only cares about profit margin. It is overpriced and will continue to overcharge, but, unless you want to buy, it is really the only place around this area that has the amenities that we want. The metro area needs a little competition to bring the prices down.

Great place to live
Great quality of life, nice neighbors, incredible views, the coolest pool ever, grilling area is awesome. It is almost like living on a cruise ship. It is nice to not have to do yard work like I have had to for the previous 45 years of my life. Furthermore, it just feels really calm and peaceful looking out at the water from my balcony. Maintenance always responds quickly.
