Love My Apartment

I have lived here since April 2022. The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are awesome. Love the landscaping redo in Phase 1. Maintenance when needed has been timely and efficient. Only issues are trash and noise. Residents are bad about not lifting the lids on the dumpsters and will leave trash on the ground rather than touching the dumpster lids. Or they will overfill some, with trash falling on the ground, while leaving others just 50 yards away empty. Then animals get into the trash on the ground and spread the. mess. The noise can't be helped; it's the trains that are so nearby. Took a while to get used to.

Vineyards

Its not enough parking spaces. Especially on the weekend. I have kids and I don’t like parking around the cornor and walking them up. I love the area though. And rent is way to high for a 2 bedroom. The only down fall is parking and rent.
