No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment.  Aggressive breeds and exotic animals or BIRDS are not allowed. See list below for animals not allowed. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable). Pet rent is $20/month per pet. Contact the office to find out more details. Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease. RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas) Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws) (Note: Service/Companion animals may not be subject to this list)

I am so impressed right now. Came home from work to find ac not working. I play a maintenance request and about an hour later Eric was knocking on my door to let me know my ac was fix. I really really appreciate the efficiency of the maintenance team and Eric getting if fixed so quickly.

not very professional

We paid extra money for a short term lease. Upon leaving we mistakingly left a few items. These items were not cheap, but we were afforded no phone call to let us know this. Only 10 days later when i got the move out inspection we realized that the items were left and on top of that we were charged extra money for removal of said items. This is a pretty sad way of doing business to me.

overall service

there is no action taken for noisy upstairs neighbors!! you have to contact courtesy officer to verify noise and leasing office will only put a note on the door when noise is verified
