Not great not bad

You pay too much for what you actually receive if you ask me. Calling to get things fixed and no one usuallt shows up. They send texts about noise complaints but never do anything to remedy the problem. Front door only locks with deadbolt no lock on the handle. Its overall like a 4/10. Good location, great amount of parking. Literally everything else is “meh”. Been living with a broken AC unit for 2 months no one ever shows up to fix it. At this point I’d tell friends and familt to use Anandale Gardens as a backup option, not the main one.

friendly and quiet environment

I would definitely recommend this complex, especially as a first time apartment owner. The area is very peaceful for the most part. I do however wish there were a little bit more spaces for parking.

Whenever you turn in a complaint of noise nothing never happens. The apartments need to have more up to date amenities

Annandale.Gardens

I like my apartment. But, the pool and gym hours are very limited and often closed, maintainence doesn't fix things when you call. Air conditioners are undersized and rent is high and goes up every year.
