I am very pleased with this property as a home for myself and my two children after a divorce and having my own home at one point. Very safe in My experience, with a lovely staff, great amenities and excellent maintenance and you cannot beat the location!!

We have lived here for going on 10 years. Although it is a turnover in owners, management and residents, it is an amazing community overall, for my mom and myself as seniors to young families, as well as professionals. I would highly recommend living here at Merio-Stratford. Also, if you shop around at luxury rental communities, this one of the more reasonably priced.
