I’m a current resident but leaving due to serious issues with property management. 1. Safety: Stolen bikes, packages, and car break-ins; a neighbor stalked me 18 miles to work, but management did nothing because it didn’t happen on property. 2. Elevator: It’s been down for weeks at a time with no communication or urgency to fix it, especially concerning for elderly residents. 3 Apartment Vibration: The workout area causes vibrations in apartments, especially in units above, and noise from laundry and traffic is disruptive. 4. Parking: There are only 4 visitor spots, but residents park there, leaving no room for visitors. Some residents park in an unsecured lot across the street. 5.Water Pressure: For two years, my bathroom sink had no pressure. I was told it was normal, but later found out management installed stoppers to limit the flow. 6. Unauthorized Entry: Despite telling the property manager I didn’t want anyone in my apartment without my permission, they entered without notice. 7Maintenance Issues: From AC and drainage problems to leaks and broken air conditioners, maintenance has been a hassle. 8.Price vs. Amenities: Rent is too high for the area. Units often stay empty for months, yet current residents face rent hikes with no loyalty. Overall, not worth the price stress.

This place overall is ok. the price to value ratio is solid. You get all the basic amenities and living is generally quiet. Neighbors don't really bother you. I rarely see anyone walking through the halls and if walking through empty feeling hallways doesn't bother you, then this place will be fine for you. Careful if you have pets as you're located in a busy street that gets a fair amount of traffic. Sidewalk at the nearest street is littered in cigarettes' and broken glass. There's only two staff members.. Maintenance guy is just 'there' and the property management isn't the most friendly and often comes off a bit rude but you rarely interact with her. Parking is very limited to only one car per unit and everyone else you have over has to park in the abandoned gas station lot across the street that has a few potholes and majority of the parking there is taken up by one person who owns multiple vehicles... hopefully they have plans to renovate that lot to get extra guest parking. Overall if you're looking for a quick place to get into, spend most of your time in the house, and DO NOT own pets, then this place is for you!
