Great location

Amazing location, steps away from the metro north train station and down town Milford. There is always plenty of parking available, the apartments are updated with brand new appliances and wood floors. It is a lovely mostly quite place that I enjoy coming home to every day!

Pretty good accommodations

Cozy townhouse style apartment, no real problems with location or apartment. A couple minor leaks during severe rain events that maintenance quickly repaired. Pretty expensive but it is a safe and nice area of Milford.
