Spinnaker Crest. Paper thin walls. Not enough room on bike rack. Very expensive electric bills.

Have been in residence for one year though I lived her for 6 months after Storm Sandy damaged my home 11 years ago. By chance I'm in the same apartment. It has most of the same appliances as when I lived here before so they must be original. The building is 17 years old. Since I've been here they had to replace the hot water heater which started leaking and repair the heating system which had never worked properly. My electric bill was cut in half after the repairs. Parking and location is good but the outside lighting is poor. They finally replaced the original carpeting in the hallways and repainted the walls.

The location is really nice. The apartments themselves aee nice too. Walls are very thing so it can be loud at times. Water pressure is poor.

Lived here for 6 months 11 years ago and returned 4 months ago. Same apartment. Same appliances as 2013. HVAC system on it's last legs. Takes 2 hours to raise the apartment temperature 4 degrees with the outside temp in the mid 40's. Costs more for heat and electric that the 3,000 square foot house I move from. Kind of odd to be surcharged for sewer service.
