Average Apartment

I’ve lived in many apartments, and while this is a nice apartment with mostly new appliances and flooring in the main area, its extremly noisy. We can hear the words people are saying above and next to us, as well as the front door slamming shut every day when people leave. Cant beat the location or parking accessibility. However, theres no negotiating power when renewing for a second year. It doesnt matter if there are empty apartments or that youre a good tenant. They will charge the ongoing rate to stay competitive with the area. Maintence is responsive. Need to upgrade gym and fix 1 of the broken grills. $20 per month is paying for mediocre amentities.

Great Location; OK Apartment

Cant beat location and walking to downtown. Noise level is unreal, its like theres no insulation whatsoever. Cant blame neighbors if they have people over because we can hear them when they are jusy by themselves. Walkiing, talking. Amenities need upgrading.

Old building musty poor ventilation

Lots of second smoke, air purifiers required, not much support as far as ventilation and odor concerns from property management.
