Rent review
Metrostar was a great place to live. Very attenrive staff and always clean. Parking is great and proximity to the train and Milford downtown amazing! Very quiet and nice residents. I highly recommend them.

Staff, amenities, location all worth the $
Ive been with Metro since 2018. As with any rental, life is never perfect but they make every aim for it and will address any concern expeditiously. The community is pleasant and a joy to be around. Happy to have spent the last 5 years here.
Upscale, simplified and well-located
There are certain things about living in Milford CT that are compelling… Scratch bakery, Stonebridge, Milford, boat works, and community community community! The apartments on Broad Street are adjacent the beautiful and dynamic town green which host community events more often than not! The train station is nearby and everything from the convenience store to a range a fabulous restaurants and amenities are available within quick walking distance. The beach is an easy 1.5 miles away perfect for bike ride. The environment is clean, the gym is ample and the parking is easy. The community is fairly independent but welcoming! Living here, has simplified life and left room for the important things. Great experience here at MetroStar on Broad. A shout out goes to the staff in the leasing office as well who have been incredibly helpful with any request and same for the maintenance crew.
Metro On Broad is Perfect
We moved into Metro on Broad in August of 2023 and it has been nothing but wonderful! The location is incredible with access to EVERYTHING downtown Milford, CT has to offer. The administrative and maintenance teams are wonderful to work with and their level of care extends to the vendors used for building cleaning and property maintenance. The upkeep and overall appearance of the complex leaves a lasting impression with all who experience it. The including amenities including parking, an on-site gym, common gathering space and on-site storage are invaluable. We look forward to being residents of Metro On Broad for quite a while!
